YWCAs across the country have a proud history of eliminating racism and empowering women. We have worked to change history – from ending child labor to pushing for a 40-hour work week, from civil rights to women’s rights, from advocacy for women’s health care to an end to violence against women and girls.
Here in Kitsap County, we advocate for survivors of domestic violence and provide prevention programming to halt the generational cycle of violence. We are on a mission to eliminate racism and empower women by providing supportive services to survivors of domestic violence and educational opportunities to the community on racial equity and social justice.

Because these events are run by independent hosts, you’ll want to reach out directly to them with any questions about accessibility, specific content, cancellations, or earning certificates.
