The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office prosecutes criminal matters occurring within Pend Oreille County, serves as legal adviser to the County Commissioners and other elected officials, and represents the County in civil cases.

The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is headed by Dolly N. Hunt, the elected Prosecuting Attorney for Pend Oreille County, and is staffed by four Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys and five support staff.
