Exploring Your Options

Here is a brief guide on how to use this directory to find services.

What to Expect When You Reach Out

When you contact an agency there will be some initial screening questions.  However, you do not have to share your whole story or anything that you do not want to share.  And you can ask as many questions as you need to feel as comfortable as possible in the process. These service providers are there to listen without judgment, offer options, and support the choices you make.

What Services Are Available?

Depending on the agency, you can find free and confidential support including crisis hotlines, community-based advocacy, counseling, support groups, legal and medical advocacy, children’s advocacy, tribal services, culturally-specific services, and general support navigating systems.

How to Access Services

Use our interactive regional directory to search for organizations right in your county or region. You can filter by your specific location to see what organizations are closest to you, or search by the exact type of support you are looking for.

Supporting Service Providers Statewide

We believe that strong communities create safer, more resilient futures. Our goal is to support organizations across the state to better serve the needs of their local communities.  Read on to see how WA-SAST works behind the scenes to support the agencies that support you.

WA-SAST exists to strengthen and prepare the statewide network of community-based service providers. We do not provide direct services to individuals; instead, we provide training, resources, and technical assistance to the professionals and agencies who do. This all helps ensure you receive the support you need when you walk through their doors.

Our Role in the Community

Help Us Spot the Gaps

Your voice is vital. If you search our directory and cannot find the specific help you need in your area, please let us know. You can use our anonymous feedback form to report unmet needs. We share this data with the service provider field and government funding agencies, so they understand where more resources are desperately needed.
