This essential course focuses on the mental health and long-term wellbeing of professionals who regularly engage in infant or child death cases. Learning outcomes for personal and institutional resilience include the ability to: 1. Recognize signs of vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue in self and others.2. Implement personal wellness practices and institutional supports.3. Build peer and organizational structures for emotional resilience. Presenter: Dr. Tyler Counsil, Zero Abuse Project
